Home Builders Sue FWS Over Endangered Species Listing Rules

Law360, New York (December 17, 2012, 8:05 PM EST) -- The National Association of Home Builders and other development groups on Monday sued the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in District of Colombia federal court, alleging it failed to follow mandatory procedures during the process to list species as endangered or threatened.
