Call Center Workers Hit Convergys With Wage-And-Hour Suit

Law360, New York (December 18, 2012, 5:10 PM ET) -- Two call center employees hit Convergys Corp. with a proposed class action Monday in Colorado federal court alleging the customer services provider violated the Fair Labor Standards Act by refusing to pay employees for time spent performing work duties unrelated to answering phone calls.
