4th NJ Official Indicted In Employee Misuse Probe

Law360, New York (December 17, 2012, 6:28 PM EST) -- The deputy director of public works for North Bergen Township, N.J., was indicted Monday on charges that he assigned municipal employees to work on election campaigns or personal chores, the fourth and highest-ranking public official to be charged in an ongoing corruption probe.
