NJ, Leagues Clash Over Standing In Sports Betting Row

Law360, New York (December 18, 2012, 7:25 PM EST) -- New Jersey on Tuesday sparred with professional sports leagues and the NCAA over whether the organizations have standing to sue Gov. Chris Christie and other officials for moving forward with a law and regulations to authorize sports wagering in the state in alleged violation of a federal ban on such gambling.
