Apple Wins Latest Round In Motorola Smartphone IP Row

Law360, New York (December 18, 2012, 9:25 PM EST) -- Apple Inc. did not violate Google Inc. unit Motorola Mobility Holdings Inc.’s smartphone sensor patent through U.S. electronics imports, the U.S. International Trade Commission said in an initial determination Tuesday that marked the latest round in the long-running smartphone patent wars between the companies.
