'King Of Queens' Actress Sued Over Unpaid Commissions

Law360, New York (December 19, 2012, 2:08 PM EST) -- Actress Leah Remini, who had a starring role in the CBS program "The King of Queens," was hit with a suit Tuesday in California state court alleging she breached contract by refusing to pay her former management company a cut of the proceeds from her new sitcom.

The Collective Management Group LLC says Remini violated the terms of a management agreement by denying CMG its agreed-upon percentage of the pay the actress received for her work on the upcoming ABC sitcom "Family Tools."
