Law360, New York (December 20, 2012, 3:36 PM EST) -- The Ninth Circuit on Wednesday refused to revive a California man’s unfair competition claims against the University of Arizona in a trademark suit surrounding a set of negatives he purchased at a garage sale that he said were taken by late photographer Ansel Adams.
