9th Circ. Revives $45M False Claims Suit Against Honeywell

Law360, San Diego (December 20, 2012, 4:08 PM EST) -- The Ninth Circuit on Wednesday revived a $45 million False Claims Act suit alleging Honeywell International Inc. made intentional miscalculations to meet energy savings requirements for a contract with the U.S. Army, finding that the lower court had jurisdiction because certain reports did not constitute public disclosures.
