Cleary, Troutman Lead In Google's $2B Motorola Home Sale

Law360, New York (December 20, 2012, 7:28 PM EST) -- Google Inc. will sell its Motorola Home unit to Arris Group Inc. for $2.35 billion, it said Thursday, unloading the TV set-top box business but keeping Motorola's cellphone business as it continues to focus on the smartphone market, in a deal loaded with intellectual property work.
