Atty Dodged Paying $8M After Joint Fen-Phen Work, Suit Says

Law360, Dallas (December 20, 2012, 4:25 PM EST) -- In Texas state court, an attorney Wednesday said his former business partner hid assets in an attempt to avoid paying an $8.1 million arbitration award that found the partner wrongly withheld payment in the pair’s joint representation of clients suing over the diet drug fen-phen.
