US Fiscal Policies' Effect On Trade Worry WTO Members

Law360, New York (December 20, 2012, 5:39 PM EST) -- Members of the World Trade Organization are concerned about certain U.S. fiscal policies' potential impact on international trade, but also commended the U.S. on its recovery efforts following the 2008 financial crisis, according to a biennial review released Thursday.

The review listed several areas in which U.S. trading partners seek improvement, including its agricultural policies, the balance of security measures with legitimate trade and its country-of-origin label requirements.
