Pa. PUC Shouldn't Investigate Exelon Merger, Judge Says

Law360, Philadelphia (December 21, 2012, 4:02 PM EST) -- A judge recommended Thursday that Pennsylvania utility regulators deny the state Office of Small Business Advocate’s petition for an investigation into the effects a proposed $7.9 billion merger between Exelon Corp. and Constellation Energy Group Inc. could have on the company’s market power in the state.
