Fed. Circ. Eyes Motiva's Wii Controller Patent Suit

Law360, Washington (January 11, 2013, 8:07 PM EST) -- Motiva LLC urged a Federal Circuit panel on Friday to reverse a U.S. International Trade Commission decision that said Nintendo Co. Ltd.'s Wii system does not infringe its wireless controller patents and can continue to import the product, saying it couldn't gain traction in the industry or commercial market because of Nintendo's infringement and market presence.
