T-Mobile Appeals Spectrum Allocation In $1.7B Telecom Buyout

Law360, New York (January 2, 2013, 2:35 PM EST) -- The transfer of mobile spectrum frequencies accompanying Hutchison 3G Austria GmbH's $1.7 billion purchase of fellow carrier Orange Austria Telecommunications GmbH poses an unfair competitive disadvantage to T-Mobile's Austria arm, a representative for the company told Law360 on Wednesday.
