Carlyle-Led PE Group Inks $665M Deal For Duff & Phelps

Law360, New York (January 2, 2013, 3:16 PM EST) -- A group of private equity firms led by The Carlyle Group LP has agreed to buy New York financial services and investment banking firm Duff & Phelps Corp. for roughly $665 million in cash, Duff & Phelps said Sunday.
