ITC To Review LG's Win In LCD Backlight Patent Row

Law360, New York (January 2, 2013, 3:28 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Monday said it had decided to review a judge's determination that found that devices imported by certain LG Corp. subsidiaries don't infringe a Taiwan-based research group's patent related to backlight modules used in liquid crystal displays.
