Miners Urge High Court To Review Eldorado Forest Road Rules

Law360, New York (January 2, 2013, 6:32 PM EST) -- A national miners group has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review a decision that bars driving on restricted roads in California's Eldorado National Forest without permission from the U.S. Forest Service, arguing the roads are public and open for use to everyone.
