6th Circ. Says Discovery Abuses Kill Health Co.'s Case

Law360, New York (January 3, 2013, 7:04 PM EST) -- The Sixth Circuit on Thursday upheld a decision to dismiss Universal Health Group Inc.’s suit accusing Allstate Insurance Co. of failing to reimburse it for medical care, ruling a lower court was within its rights to do so after repeated discovery order violations by Universal.
