Ex-Deutsche Broker Loses New Trial Bid In Tax Shelter Case

Law360, New York (January 3, 2013, 10:37 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday denied a bid for a new trial by a former Deutsche Bank AG broker convicted of mail fraud and obstructing tax laws, who claimed his attorneys had failed to investigate a juror found later to have shown bias against defendants in the case.
