Insurer Defends Industry Groups' RICO Claims In 2nd Circ.

Law360, New York (January 4, 2013, 6:36 PM EST) -- Petrosurance Inc. on Thursday told the Second Circuit it has plenty of evidence to back up its $60 million racketeering suit against two insurance industry groups that was dismissed in August, and said the groups' arguments against its appeal actually support its case.
