US Wants Judge Recused In Exxon Cleanup Suit

Law360, New York (January 4, 2013, 8:54 PM EST) -- The U.S. government on Thursday asked a federal judge to recuse himself from an Exxon Mobil Corp. lawsuit seeking government indemnification for environmental cleanup costs at two federally funded aviation fuel facilities, arguing the judge's recusal from parallel cases should disqualify him from the current dispute.
