Foxwoods Asks Labor Board To Stay Union Elections

Law360, New York (November 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation has asked the National Labor Relations Board to put a hold on union elections scheduled for this weekend at the tribe's Foxwoods Resort Casino.

In a motion to stay the vote filed Monday, the Mashantucket Pequots asked that the NLRB wait until it can fully consider the tribe's appeal of an October decision by the labor board.
