Travelers Says Privilege Bars In-House Counsel Testimony

Law360, New York (January 7, 2013, 3:29 PM EST) -- Travelers Casualty & Surety Co. on Friday fought back against a bid by mining giant Drummond Co. to force its in-house attorney to testify regarding a settlement offer in litigation over coke plant pollution, saying the order would violate attorney privilege.
