Law360, New York (January 7, 2013, 11:34 PM ET) -- The stability of a partnership tenure is no longer a foregone conclusion, with more than half of the law firm leaders in an American Lawyer poll indicating plans to cut up to five underperforming partners in 2013, according to Monday news reports.
