Law Firm Merger Activity To Hold Steady In 2013, Expert Says

Law360, New York (January 7, 2013, 1:27 PM EST) -- A strengthening U.S. economy and an appetite by U.S. and U.K. law firms to expand into emerging markets such as China should keep law firm merger and acquisition activity at roughly a deal a week in 2013, an industry expert told Law360 on Monday.
