High Court Won't Revive $500M RICO Case Against Freshfields

Law360, New York (January 7, 2013, 2:52 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to revive a $500 million suit brought by oil tycoon Jack J. Grynberg’s RSM Production Corp. accusing Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer US LLP of conspiring with the Grenadian government to kill an oil drilling contract.
