Ashton Kutcher's Suit Over DMV Reality Show Kept Intact

Law360, New York (January 7, 2013, 8:44 PM EST) -- A California judge ruled Monday that actor Ashton Kutcher's $1.44 million breach of contract suit against the state Department of Motor Vehicles could go forward, saying the actor had provided enough details about a proposed reality-television show the agency allegedly bailed on.
