Clothing Retailer Big M Files For Ch. 11 In NJ

Law360, New York (January 07, 2013, 5:08 PM ET) -- New Jersey-based clothing retailer Big M Inc., which does business under the names Mandee, Annie sez and Afaze, filed for Chapter 11 protection on Sunday, claiming severe impacts from Superstorm Sandy and a "too little and too late" response from its insurer drove the company into bankruptcy.
