Law360, New York (January 07, 2013, 4:26 PM ET) -- The Eighth Circuit on Monday affirmed a $2.2 million win for General Mills Operations LLC in its contractual fight with meat supplier Five Star Custom Foods Ltd. over a 2008 recall of beef used to make meatballs in Progresso soup.
