Law360, New York (January 7, 2013, 6:40 PM EST) -- The Ninth Circuit on Friday affirmed the dismissal of a suit brought by a coalition of environmental groups that sought to prevent the U.S. Forest Service from opening hundreds of thousands of acres of Idaho wilderness to construction, mining and logging.
