Law360, Los Angeles (January 9, 2013, 7:03 PM EST) -- A New Jersey appellate court on Tuesday unanimously rejected the appeal of a lawyer accused of improper trading decades ago while employed at Dean Witter Reynolds Inc. in his attempts to continue arbitrating an employment dispute with its successor business, Morgan Stanley & Co.
