Medicare Insurer Can't Get Coverage For $18M Scam

Law360, New York (January 9, 2013, 2:17 PM EST) -- National Union Fire Insurance Co. of Pittsburgh, Pa., on Monday prevailed in a coverage dispute with Universal American Corp. over an $18 million Medicare-related scam, after a New York state judge found that a computer fraud policy only covers data entered by unauthorized users.
