Canada Preserves Anti-Dumping Duties On Chinese Steel

Law360, New York (January 8, 2013, 5:33 PM EST) -- Canada on Tuesday said it will keep in place anti-dumping duties on hot-rolled carbon steel plate from China, finding that lifting those duties will likely hurt Canadian companies.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal issued the order after a review of a January 2008 order concerning the dumping of hot-rolled carbon steel plate from China.
