SAP Unit Execs Resign As Trade Secrets Spat Rages

Law360, New York (November 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Top executives at a unit of software maker SAP AP have resigned amid a bitter trade secrets dispute with Silicon Valley rival Oracle Corp, SAP said Monday.

The German software maker said in a statement that several senior managers of TomorrowNow Inc, including the CEO, had stepped down, and the company was mulling a potential sale of the division.
