After Rig Accident, Feds To Review Shell Drilling Program

Law360, New York (January 8, 2013, 8:59 PM EST) -- U.S. Department of the Interior Secretary Ken Salazar on Tuesday announced the department would conduct an expedited review of oil-drilling operations in the Arctic that would pay “special attention” to mishaps including the New Year's Eve grounding of a Royal Dutch Shell PLC mobile rig.
