Ex-Trust Co. Execs Plead Not Guilty In Fraud Case

Law360, Chicago (January 9, 2013, 4:34 PM EST) -- Two former executives of Enterprise Trust Co. pled not guilty in Illinois federal court Wednesday to charges that they misappropriated more than $8 million in customers' securities by allowing them to be liquidated to meet a margin risk call.
