Pa. Treasurer Questions Legality Of Lottery Privatization

Law360, Philadelphia (January 10, 2013, 4:59 PM EST) -- Pennsylvania Treasurer Rob McCord said Wednesday that he might withhold payments to a potential private manager of the state’s lottery system until he determines that any expansion of lottery games to include new video terminals is allowed under state law.
