AEP Ends Transmission Underpayment Claims With $9.5M Deal

Law360, New York (January 11, 2013, 4:07 PM EST) -- American Electric Power Co. will pay $9.5 million to settle claims it shortchanged Integrys Energy Services Inc. on energy transmission payment adjustments following a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission transmission rate alteration, according to a settlement filed with the regulator Thursday.
