9th Circ. Proves To Be Kryptonite For Superman Heirs

Law360, Los Angeles (January 10, 2013, 8:09 PM ET) -- In a big win for Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., the Ninth Circuit on Thursday ruled the showbiz giant has a valid 2001 agreement with the heirs of the co-creator of Superman, giving the studio full rights to the comic strip character after years of litigation.
