NJ Wal-Mart Can't Skirt Liability For Off-Premises Hazard

Law360, New York (January 11, 2013, 9:01 PM EST) -- A New Jersey appeals court on Friday affirmed a judgment of more than half a million dollars against a Wal-Mart Store Inc. store in Princeton in a suit brought by a contractor’s employee who had suffered a fall while setting rat traps outside the store.
