Ad Groups Bash Calif. AG's Mobile App Privacy Guidance

Law360, New York (January 11, 2013, 9:31 PM EST) -- A coalition of advertising industry trade groups on Friday criticized the California attorney general's new mobile privacy guidance, arguing the sweeping recommendations clash with developing industry standards and have no basis in existing law.

In a letter sent to California Attorney General Kamala D.
