Locke Lord Settles Storage Co.'s $45M Malpractice Suit

Law360, Houston (January 11, 2013, 7:00 PM EST) -- Locke Lord LLP on Thursday settled a storage company’s malpractice suit that sought in excess of $45 million because the firm allegedly concealed that one of its partners was stealing the former client’s business strategies to develop a storage company of his own.
