LA Condom Rule Stifles Porn Actors’ Expression Rights: Suit

Law360, San Diego (January 11, 2013, 6:19 PM EST) -- Adult film company Vivid Entertainment LLC on Thursday challenged in federal court Los Angeles County’s new requirement that porn actors wear condoms, arguing the measure restricts their freedom of expression in violation of their First Amendment rights.
