High Court Seeks US View On Union Neutrality Deals

Law360, New York (January 14, 2013, 8:43 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday asked for the government's view on a pair of petitions urging it to consider whether a dog track owner's agreement to remain neutral on union organizing in exchange for a union giving up its rights to put pressure on the employer’s business violates the law.
