AmEx, Citi Accused of Evidence Dodge In Antitrust Suits

Law360, Los Angeles (January 14, 2013, 9:45 PM EST) -- Consumers in two antitrust class actions accusing American Express Co., Citigroup Inc. and Discover Financial Services of conspiring to force arbitration agreements on credit card holders asked a New York federal court on Saturday to clarify its procedures, saying the credit card issuers were using a court directive designed to prevent document dumps to exclude important evidence.
