Texas Bill Would Expand Buyback Right After Eminent Domain

Law360, Dallas (January 14, 2013, 6:02 PM EST) -- A Texas lawmaker on Monday proposed a series of landowner-friendly changes to the state’s eminent domain laws that would make it easier for property owners to buy back land after it was condemned and require more disclosure about progress on planned public projects.
