BNY Mellon Needs Protection In Argentina Injunction: ABA

Law360, New York (January 14, 2013, 5:37 PM EST) -- A top banking industry association on Friday told the Second Circuit that Bank of New York Mellon Corp. should be protected from legal action by angry bondholders if it is included in an injunction preventing Argentina from paying creditors who participated in disputed bond exchanges.
