'Die Hard' Director Can't Erase Guilty Plea At High Court

Law360, New York (January 14, 2013, 9:59 PM EST) -- The high court on Monday declined to hear a bid by the director of Hollywood hits including "Die Hard" to reverse his guilty plea for making false statements to the FBI, after the Ninth Circuit in September denied his move to have the case reheard en banc.
