Ernst & Young Asks Judge To Bury Corinthian FCA Row

Law360, New York (January 15, 2013, 2:36 PM EST) -- Ernst & Young LLP on Monday asked a California federal judge to dismiss it from a qui tam False Claims Act suit accusing the company of helping for-profit Corinthian Colleges Inc. lie to the government to obtain billions in federal aid, saying the claims are barred because they are based on public disclosures.
