Company Seeks Judge's Recusal In Newark Property Battle

Law360, New York (January 16, 2013, 6:52 PM EST) -- New United Corp., a Newark, N.J., property owner that beat a condemnation bid by Essex County Vocational Schools, has asked a state Superior Court judge to recuse himself from continued litigation between the parties, contending the jurist has engaged in improper, one-sided communications with opposing counsel.
